A Dentist Who Makes a Difference in Anchorage
Dr. Richard Crosby, a lifelong Alaskan, received his DDS in 1997 from Northwestern Dental School. Since then, he has completed courses on occlusion and cosmetic dentistry throughout the U.S. including the Las Vegas Institute for Advanced Dental Studies (LVI), and continues to devote much of his post-doctoral education there.
Dr. Crosby has taught classes in pharmacology to dental hygiene students at the University of Alaska in Anchorage. He has given presentations to local community groups such as the Alaska Club and Rotary.
Dr. Crosby enjoys fine woodworking, snow machining, golf and fishing. He and his wife Shareen have two daughters, Lane and Liv. Together they enjoy traveling, boating, cooking, watching movies, going to the family cabin and spending time outdoors.
Dr. Crosby has chosen to grow his practice by providing high-quality dental treatments (backed by his extensive training) in a low-volume, patient-focused office. He believes that each patient deserves his undivided attention while they’re in the dental chair.
